Keys and Getting Access

 

Keys and gaining access to the property I always organise it that each room has its own door key and also a front door key each. These are left in the back of the lock of each bedroom, as I don't know exactly who is having what room I leave them in the room so its easier for you upon entering the property. Either Ken the handyman or I can let you into the property on first visit or if some of your friends already are in the key will be waiting for you.

 

Parking Outside

 

There is on street parking outside the property and at the side a small area you can use to park a few cars. It is not a permit area so you are free to park as and where you like

 

Noticeboard and Boards in Rooms

 

In the kitchen there is a noticeboard that has some stuff on about the house and the wallet for the parking permit you are free to use this for whatever you like. Each room also had large boards that you are able to stick any photos, posters, notes, letters etc etc up in your room please do not stick anything else up in the room on the walls apart from on these boards as they have been put up specifically for that reason.

 

Window Cleaning

 

The window cleaner comes every 3 months.
